1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order if the item meets the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • All tags, accessories, and original packaging are included
  • Proof of purchase is provided (order confirmation or receipt)

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable digital products
  • Items marked as “final sale”
  • Customized or personalized items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately.


3. Return Process

  1. Email us at https://yashmita.technogaze.in/ with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will send you return instructions and a return authorization (RMA) number.
  3. Ship the product back to the address provided.
  4. Once received and inspected, we will approve or deny the return and notify you via email.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect item, defective product, etc.).
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.


6. Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, please contact us. Exchanges depend on product availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we may issue a refund instead.


7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email yashmita.technogaze.in within 48 hours of delivery. Include:

  • Photos or a video of the issue
  • Your order number
  • A short description of the problem

We will resolve the issue promptly.
